Bent shank and weak socket
The screw shank was bent about 5 degrees on one of the bushings but this doesn't seem to affect function. The included socket wrench is very weak and will deform with more than 40 or 50 pounds of torque. It may be better to use your own wrench or 19mm ratchet.
