Far superior to the HP t200!

I've been using my Epson T2170 and cannot recommend it enough. I use it weekly to print my separation films for screen printing and it works phenomenally due to Epson's use of UV resistant pigmented inks on all color channels, not just black like HP uses to cheap out. When printing separations and burning screens with UV light, the UV resistant ink blocks the light perfectly (down to a 5 second burn with LED!). HP is known to be cheap crap and Epson also has a solid reputation. My box DID COME OPEN so if you're worried about shipping, I'd highly recommend buying this from a store.

24" wide printer with ultra-fast print speeds — A1/D-size prints in as fast as 34 seconds (3)

Cons

Requires frequent calibration to maintain print quality

I just received this product and opened the box to find this. I don''t see any 24" paper in the box - so I''m unsure what happened to this. The unit appears to be new - but why on earth would it be packed like this. I''m skeptical. I will update if the unit turns out not to work - or works well.
