An indispensable tool to have
. I use this to prevent chronic digestion of meat/poultry. This was my first time cooking duck and using it to know when to take it out of the oven. I also use it for roasts and chicken. This is very helpful for me as I tend to overcook everything out of caution. This helps me cook meat/poultry that comes out juicy and tender instead of dry and rubbery. I think it's pretty easy to use.
