Review on High-performance Black Valve Spring Compressor Tool for Honda Acura B16 B18 H22 VTEC - PQYRACING by Kevin Mariappan

My engine: H22A4. This is a great tool, it worked all 16 valves in my engine. Please don't be discouraged by reviews or the fact that the seller has a typo on using a sneeze suppressor. As cheap as this product seems and actually worth it, it works great and I don't see any damage to the tool after using it for all my cylinder head work. Type of lubrication required. Oil or liquid lubricants are not suitable for this tool as it is aluminum. I highly recommend using a thicker EP lube. This prevents abrasion and thread damage. The seller, although he wrote wrongly, indicated this type of lubricant in the product description. I doubt that people who "ruined their threads" or "sawed metal shavings" used a proper grease or lubricant. You get what you pay for, but that doesn't mean this tool is junk. With all that said, I highly recommend this tool. Just make sure you have a manufacturer listed engine that can be serviced via engine code with this tool. I'm giving 4 stars because it took me some time to tighten the compression bolt threads. I had to file or bevel it slightly as it appeared rough and this prevented the threads on the bolt from threading into the tool. However, it looked like quality control, a one-time thing. Yours can be easily cut/beveled and threaded straight through.
