Works with Bootmod3 and Bimmercode

This WiFi module works great with Bootmod3 (BM3) and Bimmercode on my 2016 435i with an Android phone. I couldn't find any specific instructions on how to enable Bootmod3 for this particular module, but I was able to get Bootmod3 to work fairly easily. Just make sure you are logged into BM3 before switching WiFi to ENET. Otherwise you will not be able to login to the BM3 cloud application and connect to the module. After login to cloud and connect WIFI to ENET module, BM3 should be connected and working. My only concern is having to change or turn off my wifi connection to reconnect to the internet and download new maps. Once downloaded, it's easy to flash new maps, make changes, or register data. You will also need to reconnect to the internet so your logs can be uploaded to the cloud. I wish there was a way to access the internet through my mobile connection while keeping the WiFi connected to the ENET module. Bimmercode took a little longer to figure that out. When I found that the Bimmercode help file had specific instructions for Android Wi-Fi connections, I got it working. Just follow the exact sequence of connection instructions to turn on Airplane mode, turn off Bluetooth, and then turn Wi-Fi back on. I also changed the Bimmercode settings to connect to the "modBMW" adapter before it fully worked. I haven't tried it with any of the other compatible apps listed, but I'm sure it will work just fine.
