Review on Cool Change Waterproof Capacity Install by Raymond Iglesias

Very poor quality for this product, customer service unavailable. It's not fully waterproof as advertised and in heavy rain or when my rear tire kicked up splashes the contents of the bag got wet. The front of the bag is very bulky and wide. The front of the bag doesn't taper, so my feet rub against the front of the bag with every circular motion. The zipper broke after a few months of use. I spoke to Revain customer service and they gave me a third party phone number for a warranty claim which is listed on the product page for a year. I've tried many times and the calls always go unanswered. Now I'm stuck with this broken bag.
