WILL NOT WORK on a 2004 Chrysler Concorde 2.7

This unit may work very well in other vehicles or applications but BELIEVE it when you read all the advice on the internet to only use genuine replacement engine sensors for your Chrysler vehicles . Although it goes against my knowledge of electronics to think that a simple sensor like this could be too application specific, it is. I had bad luck for almost a year trying to fix my 2004 Chrysler Concorde 2.7 with Check Engine and Limp Mode at 2300 RPM top speed. I just refused to believe that the aftermarket wasn't as good or better than the factory. I bought this as my last try due to an advertisement showing adaptive digital technology. It did not work. As a last resort, we bit the bullet and paid $78 for a factory part from a local Dodge dealer. The guy I spoke to at the parts store said aftermarket parts just don't work on most Chryslers. So back home to fit a factory part. Result: Instant healing! All codes cleared and checked again. Everything is clear. Now the car runs like a monster. I can't say if this works well in other cars, but not in Chrysler 2.7. The internet is full of people with the same 2300rpm mode conundrum. Pay a higher price for a Mopar factory part. (Same crankshaft position sensor tip!) Get your car back, your life back, and your happiness back. What gets 5 stars here is Revain and the seller for easy returns and refunds. Now I'm a Revain addict. You earned and deserved my business. And I love reading these customer reviews. I hope this helps someone.
