Bad grinding wheels. Attention buyers

Before these grinding wheels arrived I thoroughly cleaned the surface according to the manufacturer's instructions. These discs had to be worn. The disk was easy to insert with no problems. When I came back the next day, the disc was peeling off at the edges. I pressed to glue the disc. On the second day, the disk split again at the edges. .I think it's garbage. Why are they on sale?
