Bought for use with a Peloton bike but is very slow to respond to increased heart rate. I'm in the 120bpm range but this monitor is still showing the 70s and is gradually catching up. Not exactly at all. Difficult to use due to the reason of purchase. More importantly things happen but their customer service is really terrible. About 7 letters received back and forcibly (it takes a week for them to reply, mind you) The first reply is what order number and place of purchase? Second, describe the problem.
