Review on Heyday AI by Brent Webb

I appreciate how easy it is to create new chatbots using my favorite scripting language (Python).The ability to use open API's are also great - not all bots have integrations. Using Heyday has enabled us to quickly build customized bot services without having to hire programmers or developers. We're solving some problems like fraud detection, reducing abandoned carts/checkout abandonment, increasing loyalty program engagement in realtime by creating personalized messages directly from conversations we already hold through our website & app. I like how it's user friendly as well as easy to use and understand. It does not have any problems in my opinion but maybe some people might find it difficult to navigate through at first but once you get used to using it everything is fine. This software has helped our business out so much! We are able to make more money and keep up with all of our customers orders easily without having to spend time doing this ourselves.
