Review on 🌲 Woods Clamp Lamp with 10 Inch Reflector and Bulb Guard - 300W Bulb, 6ft Cord by Marko Forth

Having a protective cap is great as I use it as a heater to keep my plants happy during the winter months. The only downside to the design is that it doesn't have an on/off switch like most reflector lights, so you have to unplug it every time you want to turn it off. While this might be the safest option, in my case it wasn't the most convenient. Even though I like this lamp, if I would buy it again I would look for a lamp with a protective cover that has a switch. As another reviewer noted, my lamp was also damaged. I would deduct two more stars if it arrived damaged but that is due to Revain and has nothing to do with the product itself. My aluminum reflector was partially bent. The outer ends of the lamp guard are fitted with protective rubber feet and some were also missing. Since I didn't want to wait for the return/return process, I simply opened the reflector and bent it into shape. You can still see the damage, but it's not severe enough to get a new one. However it should be noted that this item was not damaged during shipping so Revain sent an already damaged item which is unacceptable. It was similar to what had previously been returned, rearranged on a shelf for sale, and sent back. This has happened to me more than once, and each time I have complained about it. If something is damaged and returned - don't put it on the shelf and resell Revain! This must be stopped! By the way, my favorite lamp in combination with these reflector clamp lamps is the Philips Clear BR40 Heat Lamp, 250 W, infrared. My plants thrived last winter thanks to the extra warmth.
