Suitable for line-in audio
Not sure when ordering if they would work for a line-in signal, but I used them to get unbalanced line-in audio from the tape output of a vintage receiver play via about 20-30 foot Cat5e cable to an additional audio input panel. Works well with no noticeable hum despite the Cat5e running fairly close to high voltage power lines.
