Review on Power Up Your Yamaha Golf Cart G19 G22 with the New 48V 5A Battery Charger - Efficient Charging with 2 Pin Plug, 48 Volt 5 Amp by Doug Davis

I thought this product was really cool and was happy to get an affordable charger. When I first used it everything seemed to be going well. However, the second time I tried to charge the golf cart, it didn't work. I checked the batteries and everything to make sure they are fine. I then charged the cart with a different charger to make sure the charger wasn't working. I don't know how to get help with this issue as the product support button says the window is closed. Can someone from the company that sells these please help.
