Impressive! Simple, effective, high quality, easy to remove excess gear lube from my truck!

I have an old Ford Ranger that accidentally had 2 liters more gear oil. I bought this pump based on the reviews and am very happy with it. Excess liquid easily removed, not a drop spilled, it couldn't have been easier and more economical. You can use this pump in two ways, one for gravity feed, the other for non-gravity, which is the method I used. For non-gravity suction, simply cut about 2 feet (or whatever length you need) from the end (brass connector section). You attach this smaller piece to the end of a disposable hand pump (arrow indicates fluid flow). Then attach the long end of the tubing to the pump on the other side. I took out the dipstick and stuck the long end of the hose down. Keep working until you hit rock bottom, believe me it's longer than you think. It seems to you that you have reached the bottom, but you will go further. Sometimes I pumped it by hand, if the liquid didn't come out it meant I hadn't hit the bottom yet. As soon as I touched the bottom of the transmission oil hose, it immediately started sucking fluid with any hand pump. I used an empty 1 gallon apple juice container to drain the liquid. The included hose holder held the opposite end of the hose perfectly. I pumped out the two liters I needed very quickly. After doing that, I pulled out the phone and that was it. I really appreciated the quality of this pump. Seems pretty simple, clear plastic tubing and a disposable hand pump. But these guys use quality components, it doesn't feel cheap in the hands, the suction is reliable and strong. I know it's not a discarded item, but something I can use for years. The result and the quality are very satisfied!
