*UPDATE November 9, 2022 *Customer Service (CS) contacted me almost immediately after posting my issue and resolved it very quickly. I had to send them a video of a flickering monitor. They immediately offered to send another new monitor. However due to my location (outside the US) they couldn't send me a new part so they had to give me a full refund and I have to place the order again which is the problem - I haven't checked to see if the refund went through yet. I think CS is great - but it was a shame with my experience for the 1st monitor.------------------------------ -- - --------- This product was delivered to me on September 20, 2022. It was working fine until yesterday November 6, 2022. By the way, I'm not an active user and only use it a few times. Hours a day to work as my second screen. Problems November 6, 2022: 1. The screen started to dim - I read the instructions and increased the brightness level, but there is no difference.2. The screen started flickering violently.3. My documents disappear from the screen and a vertical block of color (background) appears in their place.4. My screen goes blank - goes black. Please let me know what's going on with this screen. I read great reviews so I'm disappointed that I stumbled upon this after such a short time. Thanks.
