Review on 🚚 AA-Racks Model X35 Truck Rack Bundle with 8 Non-Drilling C-Clamps, 2 Sets of Kayak J-Racks, Ratchet Lashing Straps, and Bow/Stern Tie Down Straps by David Tadder

As a ladder rack I would probably give it 5 stars. To carry more than one kayak, not too many. The included kayak J-hooks do not properly fit the large diameter steel tubing of this rack. I had to buy new screws to fix this but they are still very unstable and easy to move by hand. The steel tubes on the X25 model of this frame might be a better buy if you are looking for a kayak frame and maybe that's what J was made for, they definitely weren't made for this frame and are utterly useless. I can stop drilling holes and screw them in place so I can use them for their intended purpose. The C-clamps seemed a bit sketchy to me when I started installing them. They might work well, but I just didn't like the way they looked, so I ran away. After realizing J didn't work, I wish I had drilled holes in my truck. Interestingly when I click on this order in my Revain account I go to the X25 model not the one I received and now the model I just received is "unavailable".
