You sent the wrong size - my new review

I ordered these for my almost 4 month old. The package was marked 3-6 months but when I opened it I realized this set is huge! Not surprisingly, they are marked size 80, which is 12m. It's cute, but we can't even try her on until she's a year old. I refrain from exchanges as the box they came in says 3-6 months. I wonder if they are all the wrong size?
