Nice product but order ahead to avoid problems
I bought 3 of these sturdy boxes as gifts for my grandchildren. They are beautiful and worth the money! They will be a wonderful Christmas surprise as they are bigger than I expected! However, I noticed that after a few days, one of the boxes ripped along the entire length of the bottom of the box. Two days later with the lid the same! I still love boxes, but now I need to find an alternative to coating this box instead of painting it. I still recommend these boxes, but order ahead of time to ensure the wood doesn't split.
