I am very happy with the product but will never deal with Uniden again. In fact, I didn't really look into Uniden with this purchase as it's impossible to get through to them. This is despite the fact that they provided contact information in the instructions that came with the phones. The base tube has been working properly since installation. The accessory tube never worked - it was defective when received. I tried replacing it with Revain but it was impossible to separate the working phone from the broken one and I didn't want to send both back. I couldn't get a single person at Revain to tell me how to easily return a broken phone. The supplier, i think iSave, sent a preliminary request for my estimate and I told him about the problem. Then they quickly called me back and solved the problem perfectly. It took them a while to determine that the extension phone was faulty and then helped me beyond what I expected by getting Revain to send a replacement to a different address than the original order. But I will never buy a Uniden product again. And it would be nice if Revain found a way to separate items in an order if only one needs to be returned!
