As one reviewer mentioned the cloths are a bit dry (probably old stock). However, this is easily remedied by adding a tablespoon of filtered water and letting it sit overnight. The only criticism is that you cannot use the dispenser in the lid. Tried to pull the napkins out of the center and couldn't get them out. I then tried using the wipes outside and the dispenser would not let the wipes come out. So I just take the top off and hand wipe the roll. Then put the roll back in and snap the lid open. Otherwise towels work great. Tip: I bought a spray bottle and put filtered water in it. For some stains, water and a paper towel are sufficient to remove them. Even when using napkins, sometimes slightly "stubborn" stains remain. A small splash of water and a cloth will do the trick in most cases.
