The most useful feature for me would be that it does not require much maintenance when you are using the software (at least at this time). Other than that, I wish there was an option of doing bulk changes which can save a lot of my time if I need to do them often (such as changing email addresses or adding more staff members). But otherwise it's very easy to use. We had no problems with faManager so far. It has been working properly since we started using it about two months ago. Maybe I should have mentioned something sooner but before now I didn't realize how important it could possibly become. After having used faMananger, I must say that its main benefit is the ability to manage multiple accounts from one console where everything stays organized and is updated automatically without any hassle. This makes our work easier because we don't have to log into every account manually.
