READY TO BUY OTHER SAMPLE KITS. I wanted to make a Storm at Sea quilt and thought I could use these on a 12 inch block and just cut the square into square pieces. A square within a square block is usually easy to create. However, the templates worked beautifully here. The instructions don't say what size strip to cut for the square blocks. They're not a standard size, so this won't work without another set of templates. She gives you a paper template so you can make your own if you can. I was very disappointed. I bought another set of square templates and they fit perfectly. You must be very careful when cutting and sewing the 1/4 inch seam. Why not sell the whole set instead of buying others? I don't know about other quilters, but $26 for a full set of patterns is expensive. so disappointing. The templates are of good quality but the instructions are confusing. I consider myself an advanced quilter and have had many problems with the instructions in the booklet. It tells you how to make a block, not a whole quilt. RECURSOR ATTENTION!
