A set of each size is packed in a separate zipped bag with its own label and all sets were in a different zipped bag. There were no instructions, but that's probably a matter of responsibility. I hope you did some research before jumping into this. The oil supplied was fresh and functional. Lubricate well! Acrylic sticks easier than metal or bone etc. Oil is important for all cones, but I'm much more comfortable with acrylic. My little drip stopper in my oil bottle didn't work so I had to pull it out. The cones are durable and easy to use. Plugs work, but the smaller ones can be tricky to clean due to their size. I didn't have the problem of losing the rubber bands like the others. I'm not stretched enough to use the tunnels yet, so all I can say is that they are easy to manipulate and seem easy to get in and out of. This is a great set and the price is good for what it is.
