Don't Go Green.: Water Filtration and Softener
Once green algae get in, the water in the fountain will clog and the water will stop. I had to learn from my own bitter experience. Tenants called with complaints about water shortages. I looked at the filter and it was clogged with algae. I couldn't delete. I tried using bleach but it ruined the filter. Works for sand but useless for algae growth.
