The ability to see at once what bills are due in each clinic location as well as what needs attention with current patients/patients coming up for renewal or new visits.
Also being able to have an idea when our accounts receivable will be cleared if we don't get paid quickly enough which helps us manage cash flow better than before. I wish there was something like this out there that could do some billing functions rather then just having it linked into Quickbooks so you can also send those payments over without needing two programs open at one time but other wise its great! I love that you can create your own modules within the program for ease in creating custom reports or tracking new procedures/treatments! It could be helpful to have some training available as well so employees are not left scratching their head with new features which they don't know how to use yet. The benefit will show up once we fully understand how it works but in my experience this product has been great at making our time spent using Hippo very efficient.
