In general, the bag is not bad. My main issue is that the built-in sewn-on hook is on the wrong side of the bag. I always carry stainless steel S hooks to hang makeup bags on hangers anywhere. If you want this particular bag to be partially open when hanging it is impractical as the outer loop is on the wrong side - it should be on the back of the bag, not the front. I got it working but it doesn't hang well. I would return but didn't do a return window. I will use it but not for items that need to be hung on a hook/stand.
