Overall, it does look pretty nice and fits in the cubby well. Relatively sturdy in that you can rest stuff like a phone or wallet on there, but it's basically a rubber pad glued to a plastic pad, and in mine, wasn't even done so evenly. Some of the plastic sticks out further than the rubber. No one would notice, but if you look, you see it. The other downside is the little tab/lip you're supposed to grip to lift it up is so tiny and hard to grip it's tough to get open. Would have been nice to be a little bigger or maybe a cloth tab that lays flatter to grip and pull easily? But all in all, a little overprices for $15, but easy to put in and i'd never spend my time making one so it does the job. Few tweaks and a few bucks less and it would be awesome.
