Our cat usually likes to chase the laser and I used to use a handheld laser pointer. I thought it would be a great toy for him that he would enjoy for a very long time. Unfortunately it didn't work for him. Pros: 1. Fits my cat's neck very well. Can be easily adjusted 2. The laser seems safe and doesn't point into his eyes3. The laser turns off automatically after 10 or 15 minutes and has multiple modes. Cons: 1. Somehow the laser always gets blocked by my cat's hair so she can't see it and chase it. 2. The laser has some weight and doesn't seem comfortable with it for long. The price of $24 at the time of this review seems a bit expensive for what you get. While I liked the idea of this toy it doesn't seem practical as its fur blocked the laser most of the time and my cat didn't die. play with it
