Well after reading all the great reviews about these coffee filters I was really excited to start making Vietnamese coffee at home but so far it hasn't been such a good experience. . The filter seems to be quite well made and the process is quite simple. I bought Trung Nguyen Premium Vietnamese Coffee Blend along with a filter and tried making coffee with it several times, as well as some standard grocery store Folgers grinds. No matter what I try, the coffee drips through the filter for at least 30 minutes. The only conclusion I can come to is that the holes in the filter are too small for the coffee to drip at the correct rate. I have to believe the filter I received is an anomaly as most reviewers seem to have had good experiences with their filter. I think I'll see if the seller supports their product, I'll update this review after seeing how this situation is resolved. 2 stars. Update 7/25/17: Ok, I'm impressed. I received an email from a Fitzy Shop seller within 24 hours of posting my original review stating that the purchase price of this item would be deducted from my account. Obviously good customer service is very important to this seller and I would highly recommend anyone to shop at Fitzy Shop anytime and feel comfortable knowing they are taken care of. While I'm still disappointed that I can't make the Vietnamese coffee I wanted (I'll look into that), I'm increasing my rating from 2 to 3 stars based on customer support. Thank you Fitzy Shop for being a conscientious seller who makes shopping at Revain a pleasure. Update 08/25/17: Once again the seller of Fitzy Shop surprised and impressed me so much that I upgraded my rating to 5 stars. I wasn't able to post this update right away, but shortly after posting the deducted purchase price, I received a pending delivery notification from Revain. A week later I not only received a new 15oz. filter, but also 11 oz. Filters by Fitzy Shop. 15 oz. The filter is screwable and therefore differs slightly from the original. I haven't tried 11 ounces yet. still filter but 15oz. seems to work much better than the original. Obviously you can feel completely comfortable ordering from Fitzy Shop, they definitely stand behind their products and have an unbeatable customer service policy. I applaud you Fitzy Shop for your honesty as a seller and trust me I will tell anyone who will listen that if they ever get the chance they will buy from you. Thank you thank you thank you.
