This purchase was for a box of 3 Seeeduino XIAO Arduino compatible controllers based on the SAMD21 microcontroller. I have issues with them being unreliable when making a USB connection when using the Arduino IDE to upload a sketch to them. Even with the simple "Blink" sketch example, it works 2 or 3 times and then stops working. By shutting down the computer and restarting after the shutdown, I can get them working again (without changing the sketch) for 2-3 iterations. I use many different products like Arduino and have no problem connecting to them. Judging by other reviews, many people seem happy and not having any problems, but looking at the relevant forums, other users are having similar problems. Just upside down. The product idea and size/format is great! However, I wouldn't plan on using these in an Arduino bootloader based product until they are proven. To update. The issues I've seen with these devices are somehow related to the USB hub I was using. Whenever I remove the HUB, these modules load every time. I still find it "interesting" because all the other Arduino based boards I use work fine with the hub. I have designed several boards using the Arduino ATmega328P and the bootloader that work great with the HUB. However. take it for what it's worth.
