Review on Mr Coffee® 12 Cup Programmable Coffeemaker by Laura Lee

One morning before work I found that my old coffee maker was broken and decided to quickly buy a new one. Either as a temporary replacement or replacement. This one was affordable, allowed me to program it later, and had a reusable filter. Those were the specific things I was looking for. I have had no issues with this coffee maker since using it and I plan to use it to the last drop. I love that it has such a large water chamber. Not only makes it easier to fill with water, but also to clean it. I also like that it's smaller than the average brewery. Or maybe my last one was just big and bulky. One of the things that could be better but isn't an impediment is a reusable filter. It has a flat plastic bottom, not a funnel/cone shape. This makes it difficult to clean the area. The manufacturer turns off after a while, I don't know, and there is no separate way to keep the warmer on. My old manufacturer let me choose exactly how long it would turn off, which was a huge bonus. I get up for work at an absurd time while the rest of the house wakes up at a more normal time. With this kettle, it goes out before you even get up and the coffee is cold and needs to be prepared again. To me it's worth the price and makes a nice cup of coffee.
