Review on 🔒 FM2100-000 FoodSaver Vacuum Sealer Machine System - Starter Vacuum Seal Bags & Rolls Included, Safety Certified, in Black by Jessica Dubois

I liked it the first 5 times I used it. Easy setup. Intuitive and easy to use. I bought it to use for cooking my sous vide. Out of the box everything worked as expected. A few months after the purchase, the suction no longer worked at full capacity. Now I'm lucky if I can remove the main air bubbles from the fresh storage bag. The vacuum cleaner runs continuously unless I manually stop it. I followed the troubleshooting advice and deep cleaned a nearly new machine and got the same results. I have contacted Foodsaver support multiple times but the live chat support is not responding and my last 3 active chats have been closed by Foodsaver. without participation. I have not received a reply to my email request. As it stands, the 5-year warranty is a marketing tactic, not a real guarantee. I hope this is just a model issue and not a Foodsaver brand/quality issue. I do not recommend it to any friend. Will update when I get a response from Foodsaver Support.
