The system has been running smoothly since early in 2016 without any problems of its own! As an agency with many employees who have access to multiple computers at different workstations we needed something that would be consistent across most devices used by our staff as well as those outside this networked environment - it's easy enough now where one person doesn't need all knowledge about working out if they can send through or not from their laptop/desktop etc., so no more having someone else check files before sending them over; everyone works together instead which makes life much simpler too The ease of use and the time saved with all my insurance claims are two things that I love about this software. There are some glitches in the software but they work with us to get them corrected. It's worth using if it saves you time. We have been able to process our insurance claims quicker than before, which has helped us get our customers' issues resolved sooner.
