I like that it's an easy to use product for both my team as well clients! It is very intuitive, but can be complicated if you are not familiar with the platform. But once they walk through their process we feel much more confident in our abilities to help them close deals and onboard new customers. There really isn't anything about this system which has been challenging at all from start-to-finish. We honestly didn't know what to expect when starting out using this tool; however after just one week we were fully set up and ready to go. We've since received tons of positive feedback and have had several prospects come into our office already asking how they could get started.
