A key design difference
Appears to be of good quality, but I've noticed that the knurled areas on the Motorcraft filter I removed have been "flattened" to increase the filter area. This filter doesn't have that feature, which means it may not last as long. Also, this filter is made in China, in case that matters to you. Overall well made filter.
