I like how it helps organize our daily tasks into different categories - which makes management of time much easier! It's also very easy for others in my team to use as well because all they have to do is open up their email or calendar app then click where you saved them from before, and voila! They're good at creating templates within each category so there isn't anything too complicated about using this tool either.
Sometimes when we want to add something new, sometimes its hard to find what needs done next since everything seems out of order with other items already added but nothing was completed yet. We would recommend trying out some free trials first though if possible just to see whether or not it works best for you. Having an organized system has made work life more efficient by being able to manage multiple projects without having to spend hours figuring out who does what.
