What I liked was the size and durability of the iPad. However, when I tried to set up the iPad, I got locked and I forgot the 6-digit passcode I entered in the Security section, which unlocks the iPad to use it. Apple's security system allowed me only a small number of retries to guess what password I entered. Then the iCloud security software disabled my iPad. I checked Apple online support to see if there is a solution to this problem. I tried several solutions mentioned in these procedures to fix this problem but I couldn't use the iPad. I called the Apple Support Center and got nothing but their support database online. So now I have a $550 paperweight on my desk. I could do better online with U-Tube routines, that's my next step. Disappointment! Incidentally, the case and keyboard are well made and fit the iPad perfectly.
