I really like that you can make it talk to people who have different languages, or even multiple times in one conversation! It's very easy going through each step of making your bot interactive with customers as well.
The learning curve is somewhat steep but once you get past this stage there are tons more resources online if needed at any point along the way (especially when things don't work). There isn’t anything specific about Chatchat itself however some features could be improved such as being able to edit previous responses so they won't repeat themselves over again later down line - which would help keep conversations fresh throughout long dialogues without having too many prompts from me afterwards to remind them what we got up until then.
