I like that it is easy to use, has many features, and is very customizable. The customer service team is also fantastic! There are some things that could be improved - the notifications system needs some work, and there's nothing to help with managing multiple accounts. I highly recommend this product. I really like that you can make it talk to people who have different languages, or even multiple times in one conversation! It's very easy going through each step of making your bot interactive with customers as well. The learning curve is somewhat steep but once you get past this stage there are tons more resources online if needed at any point along the way (especially when things don't work).
