Of course, that doesn't even come close.
Definitely doesn't fit my '09 Softail Deluxe. I doubt it will fit any legacy or anyone with an FL front fender. Might have worked for the fat man and smaller wings. I had to cut half and redo it by moving the tension regulator. To get at least half to get my wing through. No instructions. Likely to fit other models with smaller front fenders.
