I paid good money for a part that needed testing before selling.
This is a 12 volt to 6 volt step down transformer, it has no output voltage. if i send it back it will be exchanged. I paid $7 for it, it would have cost me $6 to send it back what a joke! you need to send a new one and pay the shipping for the broken one. I should have read the reviews, they show the piece is junk and Amazon shouldn't be selling junk!
