Review on Rousseau 3509 9 Inch 12 Inch 8 Inch by Gabe Evans

It almost makes me sick. I think that's the perfect base for the money. I meticulously put this into my new 72 inch desktop. My store and my time are dedicated to a good product. I screwed up a lot. Correctly position the hole for the above height adjustment of the plate. I used the nozzle on the back, and BAM!, knocked out a huge chunk of the front of the baseplate. I can live with my mistake. Please don't make the same move. Use a new twist drill and follow all directions, including using a power drill. I drilled the remaining holes with a new twist drill without any problems. It is a one piece panel and the face is very shiny. I wrote a letter to Rousseau asking them to change the instructions regarding the pointed drills. After thanking me for the recommendation, they responded within an hour and gave me a phone number. I spoke to the author of the letter and he offered to sell me a plate for only $16.00 and have it in the mail tomorrow to get. So for good old USA customer service. Thanks Dale :)
