I like how easy it is for my team members to access all of our sites in one place! The ability to go back into past jobs and see what was done at each job site has been very helpful as well. It's not perfect yet but we are working towards getting better every month. We have had an issue where some of our customers have reported issues when they try to login or search by location. This normally happens during off hours (i.e., after office hours). Make sure you set up your account properly so that there aren't any errors or problems logging in. As long as this doesn't happen, we haven't run into anything major. Being able to keep track of our work orders and tasks within one system is great!
