Excellent cookware on my review.

After considerable research this brand of skillet was purchased in 3 sizes. All are well balanced, heat evenly and clean like a dream when following the instructions. The wooden handles are very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Pros

I bought this to replace on old pan I had had for years. It's nonstick, and easy to clean

Not safe for use with acidic foods

I was surprised by how nice this pan works. Every now and then, I''d make a couple fried eggs, but they''d stick to even my "nonstick" pan. This one works. I use it pretty much every day for potatoes, onions. etc. Some things might need a little oil, but so far, the eggs slide out w/o any oil. Nice.
