I like that you can upload your own documents to create labels, which makes it easy for my clients who don't have any technical experience! You can also customize text sizes and fonts as well as images/graphics in order to make sure everything looks just perfect. Sometimes when we send an email with our logo attached or use their template files there are issues where some of them get cut off (or not all). That's something they need to work out but overall very happy so far!! We're solving shipping problems by creating custom label templates for our customers' products. It saves us time because instead of having to go through each product individually to print new ones myself, now one person does this job while another prints orders directly from sales reports.
