I have been using the EF-M system for a long time. I have always been pleased with its compactness and low weight. However, before buying this lens, I had no idea that a camera with a lens could be so compact. Canon M6 with this lens fits into any pocket, no need to carry even a small purse. The lens itself is awesome. The main scourge of the EF-M series lenses is aperture. This lens is the second fastest in the series, while it is more than two times cheaper than the fastest lens. The picture from it is wonderfully good: it is sharp and contrasting. I have never been an adept at fixes, but having bought it, I realized that 35 mm is exactly what I need. The lens is "wide" enough to shoot landscapes and architecture, and "smooth" enough to shoot portraits without the monstrous distortion of wide-angle optics. In general, not glass, but a fairy tale. The only negative that we managed to find is its "non-solidity": the central part of the lens has a small stroke when focusing. When you turn off the fotik, this part is automatically minimized, but nonetheless.
