Review on TRENDnet TEW-631BRP: High-Speed 300Mbps Wireless N Broadband Router by Michael Jackson

Good router but not worth the frustration the tech support people give you when you need help. This has got to be one of the worst tech experiences of my life, and I've been into computers since before Bill Gates dropped out of school. Rude, inattentive, illiterate and inattentive summed up. It took 4 calls to fix my issue and we still don't know what caused it. What do I accept. I can't identify with them. Although the reviews for this product have been good, I will personally stay away from all Trendnet products from now on.
