TRENDnet TEW-631BRP: High-Speed 300Mbps Wireless N Broadband Router Review

The "only" Wi-Fi I've found allows you to "turn off" the Wi-Fi signal with a switch. I love security and don't want any electromagnetic signals while I sleep. That's great.

I have enough experience with wireless networks, currently reconfigured my D-Link 108 MB (1.5 hours including removing trendnet hardware and software) after I Tried for 3 weeks to get Trendnet working. I bought a PCMCIA card, a desktop PCI card and a router, all "N". All returned later. Revain's return policy is really great, although I rarely have to use it. Since I often transfer gigabytes (graphics and folders) from one computer to another, 300 Mbps sounded great. Happiness! No callback.

Very good product and great price. It's an old model, but it has great security features (wpa/wpa2) and lots of firewalls and security rules for you to tweak. A little shaky initial setup, but nothing you can't get past. Speeds were very good with both my existing "g" cards and the Trendnet "N" card I bought with the router. Good device for the price!

This is a great router with great performance. Incredible value for money for a Draft 2.0N wireless router. I was deciding between this router and the D-Link DIR-655 and am glad I chose this one because it offers similar features at a much lower price (according to MIR).
