Excellent pallet, ordered 2 white 9”X12”. This works well with watercolors, the paint doesn't bubble like most plastic palettes. The color stays where you put it on the palette. I took the smaller size as I travel a lot and can't take a 12"X16" with me. I will be ordering this for my home studio soon. The palette is painted on the back, so be careful not to scratch this surface. The corners are slightly protected by a thin rubber membrane. I can laminate the palette onto a larger pad for more protection. I bought a thick felt document folder (A4 size) through Revain to protect the pallet for travel and storage. The packaging could be better. When my package arrived, the carrier creased the corner a little. Nothing was hurt, but it could be. The pallet itself is packed in corrugated cardboard and bubble wrap. Pretty weak for such a heavy thing. I consider myself lucky. Apart from that I am very happy with my purchase. I think you will like it and I think it was worth the price.
