Review on Milton S 441 Brass Valve Extension by Bankroll Reed

This is an update of my previous glowing review. I installed these valve extenders on my 2015 Toyota Prius V which had very short stems that were difficult to reach. When installed, these extensions route the valves directly behind the wheels where they are visible. They looked good with the brass valve caps which I also bought from Revain. However, when I went for a service at the Toyota dealer yesterday, then put the car through an automatic car wash and coyly reported that they had damaged one of the tire valves. Apparently one of the valve expanders got into the narrow channel of the car wash tire and broke off. The dealer replaced the broken tire valve extender and repaired punctures. The service technician said that this problem could recur with these valve extensions on automatic car washes. So I removed the extensions and have to live with short valve stems on my Prius V.
